Get sleep and rest - Being so busy throughout the day a person
uses all of the body energy. The brain is awakened throughout the day and it
needs rest. Therefore, to boost the energy back and to ensure mental health
adequate sleep is a must.

meet a friend, go outdoors. This will help to enjoy your life.

Be physically active - The mind and body is connected. When
physical health is improved it enhances the mental health and emotional well-being
automatically. Thus, regular exercises is required to be healthy.

– Food affects the mood. Unhealthy diet disrupts sleep, make immunity system weak
and you will not feel good. Nutritious healthy foods will always support the
brain, overall health and the mood. So make sure that you eat healthy diet.
