Ekatva: The mind is one, the mind at the

Anutva: Mind is subtle, it can visualize,
imagine.

concentrate on something, or some task both the qualities combines together.
The Mindfulness
in simply means that practicing the mind to live in the present moment. You are
aware on what you are doing. It is a skill that can be practiced. The mind will
be strengthened with practicing mindfulness.

to the specific task only. For example, practice mindfulness while walking,
eating, cleaning, cooking etc...
