Ayurveda states that the mind has two qualities;

·         Ekatva: The mind is one, the mind at the present functions better.

·         Anutva: Mind is subtle, it can visualize, imagine.

So, to concentrate on something, or some task both the qualities combines together.

The Mindfulness in simply means that practicing the mind to live in the present moment. You are aware on what you are doing. It is a skill that can be practiced. The mind will be strengthened with practicing mindfulness.

How to practice mindfulness.

1.      Mindfulness Meditation helps to get rid of negativity while calming the mind.

2.      Practice it with breathing by focusing on breath by Concentrating on your inhalations and exhalations.

3.      Perform each task paying attention on to the specific task only. For example, practice mindfulness while walking, eating, cleaning, cooking etc...

Once you are mindful in everything you do then you will enjoy every moment of your life.
